MS WC A/R Pool Financial Statements

CIS provides quarterly financial statements of the Mississippi
Workers' Compensation Assigned Risk Pool at no charge to companies who
have written Workers' Compensation Insurance in Mississippi at any
time since 1993. The financial statements are mailed to the contact
person on file for each company. The current
quarterly financial statement can also be viewed on-line.
MS Voluntary Market Share & Participation Percentage

Each year CIS issues a premium call to all companies licensed to
write Workers' Compensation in the state of Mississippi. The
information received is compiled and analyzed to determine each
company's voluntary market share and any take-out
credit for that year which is used to
compute the company's pro-rata share of the underwriting results of
the Pool for that policy year. Company Participation Percentage
Forms are mailed annually to the contact person
on file for each company that wrote any Workers
Compensation Insurance in the prior year. These forms show the
prior year's voluntary market size, the company's voluntary premium
base and their resulting policy year participation percentage.

WC A/R Application Processing
System for Plan Administrators
- The CIS Workers Compensation Assigned Risk Application Processing
System is available for purchase by administrators who need to process
workers compensation applications. The system handles recording
the initial receipt of the application and deposit premium, capturing
and verifying the application information, computing the proper premium,
requesting additional information and tracking responses, assigning the employer
to a qualified servicing carrier, issuing binders, generating daily
assignment packages for servicing carriers and image archive/retrieval
of all material related to an application. The system is
integrated with Microsoft Access and other Microsoft Office products, making it easy to customize
documents and reports for your particular state's needs. The
system can also be integrated with other third party web sites for submitting
